Boiler Install & Service

High-efficiency and traditional boilers — installed, repaired and maintained by hydronic specialists.

Boiler Install & Service — Alpha Plumbing

A boiler is the heart of a hydronic system — it heats the water that warms your floors, your radiators, or your driveway. When it's sized right and maintained, it runs quietly for decades. When it isn't, you get cold rooms, short cycling, and utility bills that creep up every winter.

We've installed and serviced boilers across Utah County for over two decades — modern high-efficiency wall-hung units, traditional cast iron, and everything in between. That includes the piping, pumps, expansion tanks, and controls around the boiler, which is where most problems actually start.

Hydronic heat is a specialty most plumbers won't touch. It's a core part of what we do — from a single boiler swap to full systems in custom homes and commercial buildings.

Boiler Install & Service questions

How do I know my boiler needs service?

Cold spots, banging or gurgling sounds, frequent cycling on and off, or a pressure gauge that keeps drifting are the usual signs. If the system needs constant topping up with water, it has a leak somewhere — worth catching early.

Do you install high-efficiency boilers?

Yes. We install and service modern condensing boilers as well as traditional units, and we'll tell you honestly whether an upgrade pencils out for your home or if a repair is the smarter move.

Can one boiler run my floor heat and my driveway snow melt?

Often, yes — with the right sizing and controls a single boiler can serve multiple zones. We design and plumb those systems from scratch, so everything works together instead of fighting each other.
